Behind the Book: Watch My New Video for The Patriot Calling

I wanted to share something a little more personal today.  This is a short video about why I wrote The Patriot Calling.

In this new video, I share what drew me to the subject and what I hope readers will take away from the book. Take a moment to watch, then let me know what you think.


Why this book matters to me

When I look at Trump’s presidency, I see accomplishments that I believe deserve a closer look. Writing this book gave me the space to explain why those policies and decisions matter to me, and to put my perspective into words beyond a short post or a passing conversation.

Across twenty chapters, I explore the policies, the thinking behind them, and why I believe they have made a difference. I also consider what is still unfolding. The story is not finished, and that is part of what keeps me interested in writing about it.

I’d like to hear from you

My hope is that the book gives you something to think about and a reason to keep the conversation going. If you have already started reading, I would love to hear which chapter or idea has stayed with you. If you are new here, this video is a good place to begin.
